In B-Schools, winning case competitions is definitely one of the most sought-after things on the campus. Winning such competitions not only boosts one’s CV but also helps one land a job offer or a pre-placement Interview. Sometimes students are quite clueless on how to proceed with such case-studies and how to proceed further. Similarly, case interviews are also a part of the selection process of many firms. On this front, we help students on how to go about solving cases, structuring their thoughts and solving problems analytically. We endeavor to inculcate a problem-solving mindset in the candidates.


How a consultant organizes his/her work, approaches cases and solves problems is discussed to help broaden the horizons of the students regarding case analysis.


In this stage, we guide candidates through concepts like ‘Presentation’, ‘Curiosity’, ‘Empathy’ et al and how one can make use of these to move the negotiation process forward efficiently. There are additional sessions on effective listening as well.


In this stage, candidates are guided through the process of building a framework for facilitating the entire process. Tools of analytical thinking, such as guesstimates are also taught to students for a better understanding of the case studies. They are also guided on how to crack consulting interviews.


This forms the final stage and here, we give the candidates an idea about the various approaches towards case studies. We clear out myths regarding the problem-solving process and also fine tune the problem-solving abilities of the candidates. This is, for all intents and purposes a troubleshooting session for the candidates.
